Division, Richardson oversaw a Multifamily Housing Asset Management program portfolio consisting of 3,484 developments across Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana and having a market value in excess of $10 billion dollars.

Dannin’s most recent endeavor is a partnership with Heritage Private Equity Group.
